Cutting design–dev friction by restructuring a governance-less design system
Diagnosed token mismatches, broken component inheritance and missing docs in a SaaS platform's style guide then restructured it around the MUI library the dev team was already using. Led developer interviews, secured sprint time and created the first DesignOps documentation at the company.
